Injustice character roster so far + Prediction of FULL roster

IMO, some characters are not being given enough credit in your list:
Martian Manhunter and Robin logos where both on the cover of the art book.
Raven, Ares, and Sinestro were all hinted as well.

Also, I don't like the chances of some you mentioned:
I personally thought that any Zatanna hint was pretty weak....I want her in the game but I'm not liking her chances.
Ocean Master seems like just a cameo in the story to me.
Dr. Fate seemed like a background costume...the hint by Boon also suggested "no fate but what we make" which, to me, means Fate didn't make the cut.

It's off that list because that's the pattern it has been following...sorry I'm not a fan boy screaming omg I want this person and I want that one, I saw someone in the background or in a stage transaction....

PLEASE NAME ME ONE PERSON THAT HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED THAT ISN'T ON THE PAGE I POSTED?! *DC character page...*

Going by that character page (http://www.dccomics.com/characters) (and hints recently), then I see this as the remaining roster:
  • Ares
  • Black Adam
  • Captain Cold
  • Gorilla Grodd
  • Hawkgirl
  • OMAC
  • Raven
  • Sinestro
Not on disc:
  • Superboy
  • Supergirl (de-confirmed)
  • Bizarro
  • Hawkman (no chance at all)
  • Watchmen characters... don't see any making it.
  • Plastic Man (de-confirmed on Twitter)
  • Atrocitus (Mentioned that the chances of him OR Sinestro was high)
  • "The Rest"
Maybe On-disc or DLC:
  • Blue Beetle (mentioned along with Lobo by Ed)
  • Damian Wayne/Robin (seen on the Injustice #5 comic with an Injustice-styled design)
  • Power Girl (won that Twitter poll)

I think there will be 28 characters to start off with. So far we have 18. That means 10 left. My prediction:

That sounds like a possibility, but I'd replace Ares with Gorilla Grod, and Star Sapphire with Atrocitus, and "hopefully" but as far as balancing the cast this list seems about right. Although making Cheetah have a different move-set than Catwoman might be an issue.

He could be IN the game, doesn't mean he has to be playable.

Based on the recent reveals, and current revelations, I have updated my roster to reflect them. I this is more or less my prediction, rather than "want-list", but I have to say, I would be extremely satisfied with this roster!:


Heroes

1. Superman
2. Batman
3. Wonder Woman
4. Green Lantern
5. The Flash
6. Aquaman
7. Shazam
8. Nightwing
9. Cyborg
10. Green Arrow

Villains

11. Catwoman
12. Harley Quinn
13. Solomon Grundy
14. The Joker
15. Deathstroke
16. Lex Luthor
17. Bane

Hero Predictions

18. Hawkgirl - Too heavily armored not to be playable.

19. Raven - We need a mystic, and more females. She fits both.

20. Martian Manhunter - He just has to be included.

21. Swamp Thing - Boon has hinted at him plenty with twitpics of his comic. He's a plant based fighter, and he fits the "obscure" fan-service character spot.

Villain Predictions

22. Sinestro - Hinted at by Boon. Have to have a GL villain. He's the most requested in that category.

23. Black Adam - Hinted by Boon using Youtube. All other Youtube hinted characters have been confirmed. If that is him in Aquaman trailer, he has enough armor to qualify as playable.

24. Ares - Mentioned in PS Magazine as if playable, WW needs a villain.

25. Killer Frost - Announcement trailer, need more females, was hinted in Noob.com Word-Search, also fits 'obscure' category.

26. Black Manta - Need an Aquaman villain, far more unique and better suited for Injustice than Ocean Master.

27. Gorilla Grodd - Looks armored enough from Noob teaser.

28. Doomsday - Seen in gameplay.


Keep in mind this is all my opinion, of course.

It probably should be Circe, though i cant see why we cant have both her and ARES? :-D Circe would be awesome!

ps. Where is ZOD? with man of steel outsoon , i thought he would be a no brainer!
