There's CLEARLY water in the fatality, you even hear it muffling out the noise at some points. As much as I'd love it to be Rain, it's probably a stage fatality.

The water sounds are most likely blood.

At the end of the fatality, you can even hear something like ermac levitating. He may even be levitating the blood to get that sound effect.
