it really seems like Fujin will be playable at some point, whether he is unlockable or a future dlc i dont know. so far he has had just as big a role as kenshi and sonya, and we all know they're in, but i guess we just have to wait.
also, i never really cared for Shinnok, but he looks awesome here

The character that i wanted in the game is already in(Johnny Cage), what comes next does not matter that much to me, this is not based on wishful thinking, even because there are other characters that i really would like to see in this game, that i don't think they have a slight amount of chance

So why is Raiden sort of confused when he is talking to "Li Mei" and she is telling him about the amulet? Maybe someone snatched it behind his back and he is like "oh shit did they take what I think they took"?

IMO Fujin will be the unlockable character and Li Mei will be DLC, why would NRS introduce her from the nowhere in the story mode? The MK9 characters are obvious to be introduced there as zombies or whatever they are, but Li Mei?

Saw this few hours ago on IGN, yes its on YT(thank god lol)Damn they freaking AMPED Cage bigtime, but at least we know why...the green energy, just hope they explain it more.

also, good lord Shinnok is powerful as fuck with that amulet!:eek:

I think he suspects it's the amulet but Li-Mei refers to it as "an ancient artifact" and that's no doubt in the future, there's a few artifacts in MK. Dragon Medallion, Kamidogu's, The Amulet etc so I think that is the beginning of a future plot where the amulet has returned some how.

Thank goodness this 25 minutes was just one character.

To those who are worried about "spoilers" don't worry too much.

There will be PLENTY of more content in the story mode.

Plus, come launch day, it will be nice to play the game live and see this in real-time!

I couldn't stand it any longer and had to watch it. My hype just went through the roof more than it was previously.

Johnny had that Vegeta Battle of the Gods moment! Also Fujin needs to be playable! To all waiting until the 14, I know it's hard not to spoil. But it's even harder even waiting after watching this.
