So I just really labbed this out

You can do three chip portals and get double/triple the chip. (29-60% chip specials)

With the meter drain you can take a bar from two hits of rune, a regular and MB one. Videos coming soon

From further testing, it seems like only the chip one overlaps the effects consistently. I had two armor ones up and liu kang's b1 (2 hits) stuffed it. And the two meter drain one seem to do just a little more than just one.
