Pretty disappointed about balanced, 0 changes in his main specials...:/
The new combos with f2 give more usage to this surprise attack, but still...
And the 22 should have given plus frames free, not paying a bar.

"Ex df1 doesn't recapture " Really nrs...? Come on...

Let's have hope, this is probably not the Kenshi we will see in march. Some pretty reliable voices said, for example, that A-list is going to be nerfed, and he is untouched in the beta, so...this might be pre-buffs.

The reflect parry properties are like...shit, right? I mean, it seems not to give any advantage.
Didn't test ex version, only normal one vs a kano. He did 11 to test. The first hit is parried and the second hits kenshi.
And even if you parry single attacks it doesn't seem to put you in a good position.

This is what I got from Jagged video (posting in on the third thread now lol):

- D1 7 frames from 8.
- 2 is now 9 frames from 11 (yay!).
- B2 still says you can cancel it, I don't know if this is still false information like pre patch.
- F4 16 frames from 18.
- 111 -10 on block from -19
- 212 -1 from -4
- 22 can be EX into advantage.
- 224 now says NA on block advantage (as I mentioned it won't even happen if 22 is blocked so that makes sense) AND still says you can cancel it. The important part here is that the frame data was updated to put that NA there and they didn't remove the cancel advantage, so maybe (if someone can test) you can now combo from that one.
- New string from F2: F21 is -1 on block, F211 can be canceled but is -10 so I guess you go for F21 and on hit keep it going. Kenjutsu doesn't get this one because he has his own F2. There is also F214 that has 55 advantage and can't be canceled (that kind of advantage is normally related to launchers so we could have one here... even if F211Rising Karma should launch anyway).
- 321 is now -13 from -19
- 322 is now -9 from -11 (3223 is still -22 though)
- 3224 is now -12 from -14

Some of the moves that were made safer are still unsafe, but I'd take it for now. Still many things need to change but I'm liking some of this stuff.

Still need to check damage scales and if they improved some juggles gravity and advantage (specially 114, 2112+4 and Kenjutsu DB1).

I would've prefered that they made some of the current strings more useful instead of creating new ones but I will take it and run like a good Kenshi player.

EDIT: Didn't think about how good it's for Kenjutsu the B1 speed up, I was getting tired on randomly wiffing from a special I used meter on. Still would be cool if DB1 had more than a couple of frames to connect something.

Really? Well, that sucks, I was surprised about new moves as animations require time from the graphics department, I guess they jus recycled like with 4D4 and 44, or like F32 and B32... Kenshi only gets used stuff lol. At least other characters have the same treatment like Cyber Kano.

22 restand costs a bar? That's pretty dumb.....should be like takedas
Yep, should be +8 meterless. And maybe with bar for continuing the combo.
I managed to combo after it a couple of times, but the timing seems quite strict. Also I don't think you can combo with every string after the restand.

Yeah, that's really good to know. No idea why they removed the option, maybe was not intended and has to do something with the advancing properties 111 string seems to have received. 111 low demon gave less damage before I think, but was easier to hit confirm :/

The damage increase for possessed was much needed.

I managed to do it a couple of times, but either the timing is very strict, or only some strings allow to do it, or even relies on which combo you did before the 22 restand...

This needs some testing. Maybe @Pig Of The Hut will tell us.
