Gotham Rooftops are pretty neutral, but you run the risk of getting transitioned to the Streets. :/

PL was doing this BS all tournament. i think he also might have went back to char select after button check if he didnt like the stage, or Exit the char select Screen to "turn off Vibration". rules should have been enforced stronger.

Atlantis actually fucks up Doomsday's gameplan completely by giving the person in the corner a free escape on both sides. It's not balanced.
