I think the QTE are good for a game like this, with the movie type story mode NRS is known for making. It gives you something to do during the cinematics when you would otherwise just be sitting there watching, and will keep players more engaged (not that the story isn't engaging). They also don't make you restart the chapter or scene if you mess the QTE up, it just changes how the fight works out (you may have to get the last one right though). Plus you still have the fight scenes that you actually play out.
The game looks like it will be really good.
