Because there are steps into bringing a patch To every server. Approvals, and not to mention NRS isn't the only ones with their hands in MKX's netcode or delivery of assets so to speak.

Yeah, I actually noticed Ketchup and Mustard posted videos for Quan Chi and Shinnok respectively for their changes after the patch went live on XB1. Thanks, man.

This skin pack is so one-sided that even the American is in the red army.

They kind of mimic the Red Son skins from Injustice, but for MK
