B14 becomes 8f after 21 on block, and with alot of the new 6f d1/3s, it's going to be harder to catch people with that trap.
D3 is going to be 4f after 21. Pretty much guaranteed unless they are or backdash (maybe). If it hits, you set up your 21 trap again or hitconfirm into a special if you catch them pressing buttons.
D3 being 6f is huge man.
