I suggest the following in no particular order:
- Trust in your skill and gameplay and have some self confidence (gaming wise). Don't question yourself when things don't work out
- Stop caring about results and "have to's", stay in the moment and focus on playing a good game despite of winning or losing
- Stop pressuring and judging yourself. Stop caring how other people judge you or your gameplay
- Know that 90% of your oponents will feel the same in an tournament enviroment
Think about it; are you nervous when doing things just for fun without anyone, including yourself, judging the outcome?
Best of luck!
