4. If you are a candidate, you are PROHIBITED from voting for another candidate of the character you are applying to represent. You may vote for other character representatives, however.

Not too many KL players anymores, ever since the last patch alot of people stopped using him. I think I'm one of the only players that still rep KL as a main, online and offline tournament play. So I'll nominate myself
