Yeah, I remember first seeing Detroit Balln use this in some online matches against PL last summer. I believe Tyler Lantern made a thread about it a while ago, as he, CD Jr, and Detroit messed around with it at some tourney.
It's useful when your back is to the corner and reversing positions puts your opponent in the corner, especially in specific match-ups, like Kabal for example, where having him cornered changes things considerably.
