FCP/EMP SCAR Noob Dec 9, 2012 #4 No its richard epcar, the same guy who voiced the joker in MK vs DC, if Mark Hamill ever hung up his act as the joker ( which he did after AC) Epcar is the second runner up to be the best to play his voice, he does a good job as the joker.
