Were taunts ever confirmed?

I'm unclear on this, is it just that you can't block them, or can you not duck under them either?

The latter would seem unreasonable as shit to me, but you can't tell with this game.

The fact that both have the same functionality to try to insult your opponent because you don't possess enough confidence in your skill to leave it alone is childish.

Only teabagging is much simpler to put in a video game.
