No disrespect to PL. But based on these grand finals. It seems like there was little to no competition. I hardly see any footsies, spacing, punishes, or conversions. And a shit ton of crossovers. It almost looks like online matches. Nonetheless, congrats PL.

Grand finals isnt really a good indicator. Baxter had no idea how to play the match up (no discredit to PL). Baxter was completely lost, he didnt play at all like how he did in top 8. All the matches up to GF were competitive bar a few. Check out cabjoy vs pl, baxter vs n-megabytes and cabjoy vs baxter. Those matches are much bette indicators.

This match didn't look good (cause of the lack of match up experience), but anyone whose seen Baxter play Marvel or Injustice knows that the man is a fighting game monster. Hope to see more of him in the future!

I'm pretty sure he didn't have to pay for anything. Along with being able to get the chance to travel half way around the world to see a new country.
