I can't believe I'm saying this, but Slasher Jason has to be up there. He has crazy reach and can do good damage with just his normals. My vote still goes to Kotal though.

Ninjutsu scorp would be decent, f2 and throw all day and still juggle after hit f2 with a bunch of b2s
