Sure but now your down to 1 reason outta two, and as I've said about Dualist, he has 2 of the worst specials in the game between red orbs and h sling power. A patch that addressed all of LKs issues could likely have him coming out stronger even with a high on F2

My point was difficulty level of execution doesn't matter. Kabal was bad for MK9 not because he had high level execution strategies, but because he had said strategies.
This would be a fair change as well. I'd still rather fix the other 4 characters since 2 of them already need plenty of fixes and there's bound to be another pressure character in KP2 that will inevitably have some sort of pressure that will end up wrecking those 4 characters due to their 8 frame pokes.

that's totally fine man, but the problem is, you have a bunch of characters, that meter burn a special, to be + on block, to continue the pressure (at a cost of a bar of meter, that's totally fair), but Kenshi doesn't have that.... why ?!.... especially in Kenjutsu...
I do not think the f213 string is a problem at all. The way out is at the FK MB. Most of the cast can get out of it already, so the problem only lies with a few.
