From what I gathered from Thursday's GBS stream, block/hit option selects are staying. While I think at least part of the tech could be patched by removing the ability to negate inputs, it seems like the other major part of it (that block frames have a longer duration than hit frames) would require a significant amount of work to patch out.

Hey, I am not the best in FG lingo, so are you saying that, most likely, the option select mentioned in the video(the one about quan chi and similar ones) are not going to get patched out?

As a spectator in the crowd, being able to hear the commentary was awesome. But I imagine being on the stage actually playing that it would be annoying IF I could hear them through my headset
