Question - Shinnok Shinnok Beta Changes Discussion

I hope it's not but theoretically it should be possible......INFINITELY lol. Also I noticed someone mention the inputs to do jump in attack was to hold back. Does this effect how you teleport, because Raiden has some similar issues due to poorly mapped input requirements.
Teleport has a cooldown so I highly doubt it.

U guys need to listen. This does not break him. Teleporting is reactable. Good players blow u up if u teleport raw. Risk reward is still intact.

No way is this a game breaking buff
Never said it broke him, but it's a very good buff honestly. Also Shinnok should not be able to take 20% just off a confirm. Without the buff Shinnok get's around 20-24% for a restand. Against F/T that becomes like 39-43%. I could see it if F/T had some crazy advantage over Shinnok but I just think it'd be a better MU if Shinnok stole like charge or something.

For crystalline hits u it's 50% per touch to a restand.

If jacqui hits u its43-52> per touch.

If jax hits u in the corner it's 50%.

The list goes on. This is not an honest game. I need trash and brokenness to have a chance.

I think what they meant is that when you hold back while teleporting shinnok teleports in front of the opponent not behind the opponent. Also when you teleport in front of the opponent shinnok reaches the opponent faster at least in the current game I don't have a beta code yet

I see your point, it just seems like a super shitty OTG. Even if they swapped it, it would still be a pretty solid MU I feel but I get hat you're getting at.

UF4 is your best chance at either Mimicry or Hell Sparks.

The move still sucks but no Shinnok player should ever get hit with raw Pursuit knowing these inputs.

The annoying part of Imposter vs FT is that he can command grab you out of the mimicry restand for free, dont even bother using it as a combo ender, just end everything in mimicry restand and tack on 20% unbreakable guarunteed damage for no meter and no risk. No point in risking a blocked overhead or spending meter on the low for vortex

In theory, after a mimicry, you should be able to do iatp, iatp jip2 312, hs (mb second hit) to do ~12% chip and build back around 1/2 a bar.

It's too laggy to poke...
The netcode was the only buff he needed. Not whiffing hellspark juggle and getting fully punished.

This makes him brand new. The damage buff and all the ways to lock an opponent down might make him better than pre-patch bs.

I wouldn't know how to test this but does anyone know from start to finish how many frames a perfect ia tele takes?

i would love to know too the frames cuz when i do them perfect after knockdown on my opponent its soo fast that they cant even armor me on wake up cuz i teleport and the moment they wake up or armor im already in block soo would really love to know it
