Does Grundy's swamp hands win or at least challenge zoners?

Yes, it can challenge them and trade for a knock down. the Meter Burn version has armor so in a trade Grundy wins, and because his dash is so fast, he can dash almost full screen and still full combo.

in the build i played the hitbox of swamp hands didn't reach far enough off the ground to challenge instant air projectiles. Do you know if it will stay this way in the final build?

No they are blockable.

well you already see in the demo that doomsday and Lex Luthor both have long reaching D1s

Again, never said zoning was OP. I said based on my observations, it could be OP. Poor choice of words obviously, because apparently when someone uses that word everyone freaks out. Besides that, I don't think that's a bad thing. Rushing in MK9 is OP, rushing in UMK3 is OP, OP isn't always a bad thing.

Anyway, Tom Brady, would you say that mobility is going to be heavily character specific? Aside from the obvious differences in dash ranges, walk speed, jump speed/time/distance, will the character specific mobility tools be the best way for most characters to get around? Like Lex's air bf2, Wonder Woman's air dash, Batman's double jump, etc.

Character specific mobility is huge for some and not so much for others. For Lex and WW its a pretty big tool. For Batamn, his double jump is a good tool but its not really used for mobility purposes

Without giving too much details or spoilers, is it possible for you to talk a bit about Killer Frost?

I cannot go into detail until April 16 but I'll say this... Yes, she is good.

No, they are blockable. Civil War is my first tournament.

Yes, it takes time to learn how to do it, buts its there to do.

Yes, it still crosses up. No, its not character specific.

Yes, lots of characters have a better D1 than Batman.

Black Adam is more aggressive then he is a zoner but he can zone.
