You don't unlock him. Just pick Triborg hit up twice and then hit 2. Just make sure that when hitting up twice that it changes the variation selection to ??? and shows three blank circles. Then, when you press 2, he'll turn blue.

I thought the point of the nerfs/buffd were to balance the high tiers and buff low tiers. That turn out to be a lie for most characters. Now we have the OD bots and insane Alien to deal with, while our vanilla mains got nurtured. Ggs NRS!

Unlike most OPs, this one is a well thought out post with a 10 minute video going in depth explaining why he's saying what he's with gameplay explanations.

And you can't honestly expect people to overlook the fact that the person making the video is arguably the MK9 player ever, and a high level player in Injustice and MKX. Like come on.

So if REO posted a 45 minute podcast on why he thinks Unbreakable is Top 3 you'd ride his cock too?

Nope. Most other folks who make these claims don't have a 10 minute video putting all of what they're talking about on display. They just make their claim, type out some information and let it go from there.

Had this been someone else and done the SAME exact thing as REO, I'm sure the end result would be pretty similar.

If he proved it and showed why, then sure. What harm would there be in it?

Why are you getting so irked by this? I know it's common for these types of threads to pop up on TYM and they are bothersome, but most aren't made the same way this one was.

No because it's pretty easy to see that unbreakable doesn't have what it takes to be top 3. Just like it's pretty easy to see how strong and ridiculous CSZ's mixups are.

You can't seriously tell me, after watching that video, that CSZ doesn't look absolutely insane?

The bomb setups existed since MK9, and as a matter of fact they weren't lows, they were unblockable. smh
And based on this video I don't think REO knows what the definition of "full combo" is, you don't get a "full combo" off an exploding bomb. The overheads were ALSO safe in MK9 if properly spaced, had about the same damage, length and speed. Nothing of that stopped him from being mid-low tier. What the hell TYM.

Posting a thread 10hrs after a character release with the intention to drum up a conversation on how to nerf a character hardly seems like a move without an agenda. If he simply wanted to talk about his options his fine... but the damn clicky bait title with obvious ramifications was clear: he's already succeeded in constructing a narrative that Cyber Sub is "OD" and you're all eating it up and will parrot it like TYM always does.

When I see it in tournament play against people with some match-up experience I'll bite, but it's been hardly 12 hours.
