I signed up twice for the same reason and received my code the first day the beta became available on PS4. I was worried that my partial or incomplete WB registration might possibly preclude me from consideration. It's worth a shot.

And yeah, I know that feeling of being pissed off after wins because the way it happens online is so grimy. The game is no fun when lag and input delay renders the result meaningless. Fortuneately, in just over a month that will no longer be a problem.

It might just be because the beta is closed and there's not much stress, but I have yet to come across any match with any rollbacks since downloading the beta.

I still have issues with rollback in SFV.

I only hate that I can't use Reptile (yet). The only reason I can tell that I'm playing online is because I know I'm playing online.

Can someone summerize for me the newest updates and balance changes in the beta? I'm traveling and am too far behind in this thread to keep going through it. Thanks!

TBH I was expecting it to be -1, a high, and having a time limited activation (So he can't just throw it midscreen to be in your face and + on block). I also expected F213 FBRC to get reduced from +13 to +8/9 and B1 to hit high.

But nooooope, Liu Kang confirmed to be designed as a top tier character.

Jax: d1d2 is -5 from -7. f3 commandgrab connects on hit and block. combo damage reduce 3-5%.
Takeda: Blade call hits once, no more armor breaking properties
Liu kang: flying kick MB is +1 from +2
Mileena: 6 frame D1, 8 frame D+3. Low Sai more advantage on hit. Better recovery on instant air sais
Jaqui: BF2 is -10, EX is safe and has alot of pushback. Currently has a infinite with straight shotgun into 1212
Scorpion: safe b4 (sweep) in ninjutsu and can be canceld into specials

Def good games man! Very intense. Those matches felt as perfect as can be. Instant inputs and not an ounce of lag! We gotta do it again when the full game drops.

For sure! Those are the best when both players are legit lol.

so for some reason , i was having problems with typing in my wbid on the beta website . sometimes it would say my password was wrong but sometimes it went though. ( i tried submitting to get the beta more than once) still until today i had no beta code.. so i went on the mortal kombat website and sent them a email through their system. telling them that i have tried loggin in with 50/50 success and that i would like to know if they received my substitution. this was about 3 short hours ago..

i come home and check my mail and nothing is in my inbox tab....

But -

i have gmail and for some reason i have an "ALL MAIL" tab.. and sure as shit, my beta code had just arrived about 30 mins ago. ( note thatr the ALL MAIL tab was not my SPAM tab- nothing was in my spam)

So i dont know if it was the email... changing my password .. or just a fluke that is was in the ALL MAIL tab (and not my normal inbox) but this is something that i would maybe suggest some people to try and see if it helps speed up their process. ..all things are easy to do and could hurt.. as for the email .. maybe something as simple as saying that you just wanted to make sure your submission went though correctly. once again i dont guarantee this will work but i did get a code withing 3 hours of me send the email after i have been waiting 3 days .

and for my "stats" i pretty much had this game since day one - all skins except for gold scorp, all dlc chars, and double digit days logged in time like most here so alot of you other guys should be qualified as well.

I've playing MKX since release and I just don't understand why some characters that have really good mix up strings get buffed with more mix up options and cancels. Yet characters like Scorpion get buffed the wrong way. Giving Jacqui more low starters that cancel into specials but not even giving Scorpion'sb3,2 a cancel option into a special! C'mon man. Just saying.
