I was going to dispute earlier in the thread when somebody said 100 was pocket change until i checked my wallet and i had 150. The point was literally proven lol. Up the stakes, 500 or bust

There's a lot to blow up Carl about, but having the balls to challenge the best player in the world to a Ft10 money match is not one of them. Hey, if he's willing to deal with the backlash, just blow him up after he loses. Don't blow him up for daring to step up. You complain about lack of hype then this happens and you're blowing up someone who's providing it. All right, I guess PL shouldn't have done this and we wouldn't have gotten something to look forward to. I guess you guys would rather watch fresh match-ups like YOMI vs. YOMI (nothing against the YOMI guys, to be clear).

That said I think SF takes this handily, especially since it's Ft10. I don't think Carl's style is suited for longer sets at all not to mention Fox is much better at the game. I don't think it's going to be 10-2 or something crazy like that though.

Not sure if I'm seeing the hype here. Best player in the game against a salty twitterite that really has done nothing with the game thus far, and all for $100. This is counter-hype.

Yeah, I chuckle at all the "it's just for $100?" talk. I mean, as a viewer it makes no difference to me (unless it was something super high stakes like $1000). As long as both are taking it seriously, which they are, what difference does it make? It's not like a $100 makes that big of a difference for Sonic Fox anyway after all the money he's made in the past few months alone. So he's hardly going to be playing with the $100 in mind. He just wants to shut PL up. The $100 is just a way to make it sort of official.

Gotta give Carl Props. I admire him challenge the current best to a FT10. The $100 is just a bonus with this match. I'm more hype about this than Wound vs King. The past 2 time Evo champ vs the new Blood dominating Evo Champ. I gotta go with the underdog. I'm rooting for Carl.

PL is gonna get blown up for losing to the best player in the world, in a first to ten set, which probably only 0000.1% of players would even have a chance of beating Fox in.

Makes sense. I'm personally thankful that PL is trying to put on a show for the community. The only thing that he's risking is money and a reminder that Sonic is better than him. Sonic is better than everyone, so...

Just read on twitter that PL said the cassie matchup is better for kung lao than the erron black matchup is... Unless PL is like fusing with goku or something and levels up between now and Summerjam this is going to be one of the fastest ft10's in history.

i will give 3 games (4 max) to PL before Sanicfax go full speed ahead
