Mad respect for posting your match and looking for pointers. Nowadays, people are so full of themselves they couldn't possibly admit to a crushing defeat.
I think the point above is the most crucial about knowing your match ups. My first thought watching it (not that I'm any sort of tournament pro or expert...I have seen a lot, though) is that you had to expect takeda's overhead whip spam. Armor through it when close enough for a shock or if out of range, go armor superman. You had a pretty good block game, most people get blown up during his overhead spam into exploding kunai throw. You did well blocking all of that.
Playing TG Raiden is all about setting the tempo. You've got to be the aggressor and get your traps going early. As a TG Raiden, imo, you should really try to avoid his main f2,1,3 string. You have to play his frame advantages and safeties with his electric holds. Going full string is very unsafe and leaves you open to punish. You can also see that he started to read some of the string and shocker dependencies so he was no-block crouching for whiff punish. You caught him once with a b3,2 when he was going for another crouch whiff punish.
TLDR; know your match-ups, utilize armor, don't go full string
p.s. don't underestimate nerves...you dropped a routine b1,4 by attacking too soon after the juggle. That's definitely nerves.
