Yeah, because this is the first thing that comes to mind when running a tournament.
Having basic security and a reliable foundation for anything that's going to be live streamed is pretty much Operating an Event For Dummies 101, especially when their revenue is highly dependent on streamers. Such a simple and easily avoidable situation that the tournament directors failed at.

Yeah that's kind of a really entitled complaint. Nobody has to stream anything, their first second and third responsibilities should be running the tournament for the people who paid and traveled to be there
im sure the streaming thing has become so big that they benefit of it and it indeed is a concern of them almost as important as runníng the tournament smoothly. with all those ads and 10000s of viewers there will be money on the line.

It looked like ducky was off today. I dunno.
Could be the pressure got to him. He definitely dropped some stuff against Alucard, but with how good sonic fox is I cant fault him too much for losing.

Also Dvorahs lack of wakeups showed pretty well this tourney. We'll have to find a way around that.

Then go contact every T.O and do it. Please.

That's about right.
This was a fantastic stream until it went down. Hopefully, the guy behind the DDos has a job and will not be able to shit on our dreams. I doubt he does though.

Tourney revenue has little to do with Streams

He wasn't ready for a crowd like the CORN boys in their hometown
Is that why he was rolling his eyes when he played against Alucard? It was the CORN guys annoying him with their chants or whatever? If so, I figured something like that wouldn't bother the likes of Ducky. But oh well. Shit happens. Ducky's D'Vorah is still beastly.

Such a poorly ran tournament, what a joke. DDoS protection isn't hard. Pick a better venue and hire a network administrator if the hotel won't let you set up basic firewall protection on their network. This is on the people running the tournament, not the people who were able to do it.
This is the dumbest thing I've ever read. You don't know what you're talking about. PSN and XBL don't even have good ways to deal with DOS attacks.

As someone who's been on both sides of the CORN experience unless you played MVC2 back in the day & had to deal with those crowds or Norcal Anime you're not gonna be ready for a group like CORN if you're a newer player. It's gonna shake up most players that aren't that ready for the big stage yet when you got people going mad goon for their boy.
