There's a lot of people that would disagree with that, myself included. It seems to be an extremely mixed bag.

For me, I've gone from having 50% unplayable matches to close to 95%.
I've been having more success fortunately, however even with the new matchmaking (latency based) I still get laggy matches sometimes that make me want to throw stuff.
But overall my experience has improved (not optimal, but it's better)

That will always be the case. I honestly wish the improvements were universally noticed and not just for some. :/ Sorry you're not one of 'em.

The netcode could use some more work, but damn, dude. That's harsh.
I'm more concerned with who exactly he feels I play in MKX that benefits from lag. I surely hope he's not trying to refer all the way back to Injustice, lol. Despite playing Doomsday, I got my ass handed to me plenty of times by people online, so it's no excuse.

-Coin shots hits overhead

Kotal Kahn ( Sun God )

- General EX Air Grab has 1 hit of armor

- General safer on block b12 , b14 , f1b2

-General faster recovery on successful Mace parry

-General faster recovery on Sunray

-General faster b2

- Faster startup and damage from Sun Grab ( 10% , 14% , 19% )

- Increased healing from EX Soul Scorch ( 10% , 15% , 20% )

- Increased meter gain from Soul Scorch ( half a bar , 3/4 of a bar , 1 bar )

-Way faster recovery on Sunray in Sun God

Kotal Kahn ( Blood God )

- Successful EX Mace parry stuns the opponent leaving him +20 ( can't combo from it )

- Vampiric Totem to work as intended and not disappearing when hit

- Blood offering faster recovery only in Blood God

Kotal Kahn ( War God )

- db3 on hit slightly more advantage , right now you can be punished for using it in the corner

I'll have to think about it

Kenjutsu db1 inproved gravity which allows normal combo after hit

Balanced Ex sc travels further than regular sc

D3 is a low and 0 on block like quan
and his moves have to come out faster too.... or at least "Rising Karma"(to be more reliable Anti-Air) it takes ages to start... jesus christ... -.-

Goros F3 is now a 10 frame move. Since it would be the only viable advancing normal.

Goro can now link a SG after 1 or 2 on block (Like Ferra / Torr). But opponents are able to armor out.

Goro can now control which side he ends up on after EX Telestomp.

Goros B12U1 loses the Sektor syndrome and always connects.

This would make Goro a complete character imo.

reoooo showed possessed kenshi nooo type of love love. i think his tele should be able to be used in the air. I think his low demons should be safer on block as well as his bf3 (his possessed version of tele fury) and i think his f2 overhead should be universal across variations. kenshi needs these.

i agree with shinnoks buffs, i would add that his bf+4 flick move should also track better on running opponents because as of now you can run through just about all of his specials.

Takedas normals need to be faster on startup more specifically his b21 overhead string.

The liu kang buff is a little eh because the windmill punches (including the ex) are both pretty negative on block so whiff or not if they are blocked liu kang gets punished. Flame fist is probably one of his worst because of it. I think his windmill punch should have a similar property to that of his BK where it can be meter burned at any point in time to start a combo as well as make it safe.

The three characters that need buffs most is shinnok, KENSHI FOR SURE, and takeda. Liu is fine despite him even getting nerfed a bit with the recent patch but his flame fist could use some help.

So all these people are now just doing what they have been giving other people shit for. Asking for buffs and nerfs. I am okay with this but don't go giving other people shit for doing something and then turn around and do it yourself.

Check out Mileenas frames if you like bad frame data. Unsafe for days.

Lol, looks like most of those were a joke. Last thing this character needs are buffs. He is perfectly ok atm.
Scorpion has a pretty good arsenal and I think he can function without these changes except for Takedown remaining negative on hit. Spending a bar on your only standing armored move and then being forced to respect a wakeup yourself isn't fun.

That actually has no business being an overhead lol imo. It already has good range, good for poking, & can be cancelled into a special. I would rather for standing 3 to be an overhead than that if anything since it's a good knockdown; even though it's unsafe, but it would be worth using if an opponent blocks low. I see your point though & see why you would think so because of the hit animation, but still. I would like her d1 to actually make contact too.

Also, I like the Kitana ideas.
