I would probably give some..."use" to D'vorah's (SQ) EX DB1
I wouldn't call this a nerf/buff, but seriously...what exactly is the point of existence of this move???
(even if they gave it armor properties, it wouldn't really matter...)

It exists so when people get tired and let their finger rest on block, they accidentally burn a bar for nothing and probably drop their combo.

I'm the only one having problems to block online? Damn in this game the moves are faster, blocking should be faster too, online with an average connection (even a good one) it's almost impossible to defend some things like Erron's f2,3 or Sonya's b2,4 (i think is it).
 
Wishlist: (yeah they're kind of buffs but I think they're reasonable)

Scorpion's leg trip neutral on hit instead of negative.

Hellfire Scorpion's regular hellfire still hits if the opponent stands without blocking or moving instead of whiffing through them.

B32F2 change to -5 on block from -9.

Ex teleport has armor from standing.

Ok that last one was a joke

Only feel confident in these

Mystic Ermac: Damage of Push increased & EX Push Drains meter during all hits including hits after a KO

Character Wide: Every armor attack that launches for a combo is completely punishable

All it does is catch jumps.
 
Those sound good besides Mileenas low say.

I would give Kitana F2 as an overhead, I feel that is the only thing she needs to really be competitive the move is slow and looks like an overhead, make db2 have some use besides the brutality, make Jackys full auto cannon 2 more recovery frames on wiff, Cyber Kanos knifes hitting high.

His knives have to be mid, how don't you understand that yet. Secondly nothing is wrong with Jacqui's gun.
 
Kahn needs better recovery on sun ray and disk! Blood and sun God need the back2 to either stun on hit or juggle. Faster start up on disk too...
