<3 I love a well portrayed african american woman, but this is pretty much the gist of it. She's a dark skinned "Edenian". Black, white, african american, asian; that shit doesn't exist in Edenian. Yeah we were all pissed that they white washed her, and they fixed that but she wasn't human to begin with. The fan base gave her that label; but let's move on to more important things, like when is this bad ass character going to be released on console's. I'm eager to play her.

First off ppl did complain about each one of those characters.

Second, whether or not shes black or dark skinned edenian I think we can ALL agree that this was a pretty drastic change.

We got the old Tanya back. Can we leave it at that? Variation speculation, release date, etc. Those are what we should be focusing on. This run around about her skin tone and features is pointless now.

I don't even know why they're still up their own asses when she's already been "fixed" for over a week.

The ignorance about it not being possible to "whitewash" because the character is not human is ridiculously amusing.

To be frank, they aren't. It's people who are screaming "OMFG TANYA'S NOT BLACK" at every moment and won't let it go.

As I said before, Tanya was always a dark skinned Edenian (not black). Tanya was redesigned to be far lighter in MKX (this counts as whitewashing because her features—including skin tone—are based on human features even though the character is canonically not human) hence the outcry but now Tanya has returned to her classic dark skinned self and all is well.

Can we now discuss where the hell she got those white eyes though? That happened between 4 and Deception but I still don't get it. I wouldn't have minded if they left her with regular eyes tbh.
