Ed boon says Jason from Friday the 13th has a better chance than an injustice character in being in MkX.

He also says "We don't want to decapitate Batman".

I honestly hope we get jason.

I don't understand why having a single guest character can rile up so many. Freddy was a pretty cool addition to MK9 and Scorpion wasn't too bad in IGAU, it helped introduce a lot of players that weren't MK fans to the world of MK and why MK's universe is interesting and cool.

I personally feel we could just accept that they are going to do this and we all know why and its because many of the casuals will buy it and us tourney players will buy it to know the MU. I say just bring in the one character and lets just see what it is, who knows might be something interesting for, like say if they decided to implement a character like Pin Head from Hellraiser, or Leather Face, two characters that many just never imagined could even be a FG character.

We need to beg for Jar Jar Binks just to have the opportunity to decapitate the character

Put Batman in this game. Let one of his variations be his trait from Injustice. MKX isn't a back to block game, so no stupid shenanigans with that shit.

But I think Jason might be a good guest character for this MK considering it's much more brutal than the previous ones.

It would be nice, but unfortunately Scorpion and Freddy sold better than any other DLC character. It sucks. I hate wasting a spot on a character like that. The feeling of hoping for Tremor as the last MK9 DLC and seeing it was Freddy was so disappointing I thought it was a joke. Scorpion was less disappointing because at least he's an actual fighting game character, and I also assumed a bunch more DLC character would be coming.

There will absolutely be at least one guest character in MKX. Nothing we can really do about it.

I can think of 5 MK characters that probably wont make it to the game, that deserve to be in more than a guest character. I'm not hating on people who want Jason, but guest characters should have low-to-no priority over other MK characters

I was bit excited when I saw that it was real. The thing is the core story and MK essence is still there and isn't going anywhere. I'm just always for some unique and creative put the games I play and I just remember being a kid and discussing with old friends about which horror villain would take on who and wouldn't it be cool if say Freddy was in MK9.
