Where can I find Frost's "Cyber Strike" Brutality? (Her Forward Throw)

I've already completed her character tower and unlocked her shao kahn chest. I've cleared the Krypt and re-filled about 400 additional Chests looking for it.. But I still can't find her Cyber Strike Brutality (the forward throw one.) It's the last brutality of hers I need.

Can anyone confirm where they got this specific Brutality from? Since I've completed everything else, I'm now "almost" sure it will be in a "random" tower from the towers of time.... right?

I'll just have to keep checking day and night if that's the case!

Diest frost spin cycle brutality work? it says lat hit needs to be enhanced spin but it never works for me.
