Yes: Continuity errors, nonsensical heroes/villains, people acting in the most idiotic of fashions, MARY FUCKING MARVEL, and a bunch of other crap I reallllly don't wanna remember.

Read 52, it's what Countdown was a sequal too but done much much much much much much better.

Countdown is probably the worst executions of a good concept I've ever seen. I don't know how you fuck up an adventure through the Multiverse, but by god they did it. Then there was those Countdown Arenas. Yeesh those were awful.
