Can all characters D1 scorpions ex tele?

I had been having trouble dealing with scorpions ex tele into high/low mixups until I started hitting him with D1s with Nightwolf. I haven't been able to test this with other characters, but have you scorpion mains noticed people hitting you with d1 out of ex tele?

D1 into combo if you can, otherwise uppercut works as well.

Ok, I didn't know you could uppercut it before impact as well. I can D1 into hatchet as nightwolf. Much better than blocking and guessing the mixup.

D1 and uppercut works on both EX and regular teleport, but obv if you block regular teleport you get the spin animation. If you choose to keep it consistent regardless of the teleport then just D1 into the combo and you don't really have to worry about which one he's using.
