One match-up that I would think would be very interesting to see: Johnny Cage vs. Nightwing. Both have lots of frames off their rushdown, both have pretty good pokes(NW in Staff Stance), one had better zoning. Would be fun to see.

Backdash and push block would make Cage's pressure obsolete. Nightwing would own Cage.

kung lao would get mopped up, his teleport is one you can react to unlike the ninja teleports, especially with the dash in injustice which is actually a good counter to kung laos teleport. the worst is injustice characters can combo off of pokes and some of them do it without risk, kung lao doesnt have a mid, GG's.

It basically comes down to mk's movement anti air and crossups vs injustice pokes into combos, stupid specials and their safe 50/50's

Sinestro would body Shang. Shang's main footsie tool is the SS and his bad MUs tend to be against characters that can nullify it. Sinestro wouldn't have to worry about building trait at all, he would just have to throw FB until Shang dies. 9 frame FB>29 frame ground skulls and 24 frame SS.

Are you taking into account that Shang can dash block, Sinestro's zoning offers no pushback. Never played either character, which one is better up close?
