Which pad?

Hello. I have PS3's gamepads and I would like to know which pad would be better for a more competitive level in Mortal Kombat? Thank you in advance.

afaik ps2/3 are the only really viable pads.

I prefer a ps2 pad. my ex moves actually come out opposed to a ps3 pad since the r2 button isn't a trigger.

You know what? I just bought the Tournament Edition fightStick. Any tips and help on using it correctly? Never used a stick before. I will have it in my hands by next week.
