Where the Slim 360 $100 deals only for Black Friday?

Wanted to get a 4GB 360 Slim and found out they are $200! I was surprised to see them going for this much considering how long the system has been out and the imminent release of the new gen systems, I'd figured they would have gone down on price by now.

Was the $100 Xbox deal only for Black Friday? Or was that some sort of deal Microsoft had with some retailers?

I remember there were rules to getting the 100 dollar xbox. You had to buy like 2 years of gold membership as well, so the price isn't really any different as back then
