DB2 does that. That's meant to happen. Something about its hitbox you can just do a move straight underneath it

This usually happens to me when an opponent is jumping at me ( but not always) and I hit them with Ex Shoulder. The first hit will connect but not the second and if the second hit whiffs it feels you're left at negative frames and may even be punishable.
