So far the Grid premier skin for Cyborg is the only confirmed mobile unlock, but you can count on there being many more than that.

I just hope there's options to unlock or buy the mobile skins since not everyone plays the mobile version. That was the case with MK X but eventually it took them a while to have all of those skins/costumes available for everyone to dl.
