Upball is probably still unpunishable online, depending on your connection and your opponent's connection.

Yeah both Upball and Knife toss were nerfed, Upball was given two more frames of start up and six more frames of recovery so it's not too noticable but it's there and is way more punishable then before the new hotfix, as for his knifes, if you were wondering, were given a slightly longer cool down so there less spamable, still spamable just less so.

Edit: Oh your playing online? Yeah never judge anything by online no matter how smooth it seems there is still some delay even if it's not noticeable.

K so it is just online, I'll test it out when I play someone offline again. What they should have done is have 2 separate rule sets, or maybe just do recoverFrames+=3; or something when your online.

It's definitely punishable, even online. It's just very hard to react to when the connection isn't so great.

It's punishable by uppercut, for a fact! Hit d2 just as the ball hits it's peak. Any later will result in a major whiff.
