we are 5/01/15 and still nothing on android in France wtf, and when i click on the given link from my smartphone saying not available in my country, how to change country in setting ? When clicking from PC says no advice etc.

So after playing online on PS4 it gave me nearly all of the Mobile unlocks (Everything but Injustice scorpion and classic kitana/mileena) and since I'm on android I haven't even touched the mobile yet, it's awesome but has anyone else have this happen?
