I bought it when it came out and its a great guide, but shouldnt it be updated? Since the last update MK9 has changed dramatically right?

Tom hasnt updated because he was waiting for the new patch to come out. However his tournament schedule is heavy right now. He just placed top 8 at Devastation. He will also be at Seasons Beatings next weekend, and i wouldnt be surprised to see him turn up at So-Cal regionals either.
I expect he will get to work on the Living guide update once tournament season has settled down.
