As a SZ main I have never heard SZ say this. Unless it's not in MK9?

OK, we all agree he says something that look like ''Scoobiya'', but how could we be sure of it? My nephew understood ''Goobiya'' /lol

Isn't any word in chinese maybe? I wonder if has any meaning.
