General/Other Rain nerfs thread

Rain is too average for us to make wistful buffs list whilst staring at the sunset and sighing in a mildly sexual way.

So he needs to be nerfed first.

I'm thinking make superkick -11 on block, increase his uppercut recovery by 19 frames and take all of his armour.
