Seriously, how do you preserve quality on upload, cause I finally got back into design and fooled around, but when I try to upload the quality goes from...

Are you uploading it to the site? You should save the file to a image server like tiny pic then copy the code in the signature box under settings.

If you can't find the settings thing (it's missing from my toolbar, wtf?)
