This seems to be working for people.


1. Go to Settings.

2. Itunes & App Store.

3. Click on your Apple ID, then go view Apple ID.

4. Put in Password (if you need to)

5. Country/Region

6. Then change your country to New Zealand

7. When it has the credit card provider just put none.

8. And finally put suburb as Keri Hill and Postal Code as 1927
