With the introduction of the R18+ rating in Australia, Warner Bros. have decided to re-submit MK9 for classification once again.
If MK9 receives a classification, it will mean that MK9 can be bought and sold in stores in Australia.
It also means that MK9 can become part of the fighting scene legitimately and out in the open.
Until now, tournaments have been mostly friendlies at players homes. No venue would allow an illegal gaming competition to be hosted.
