MK Fightpad and KOTH - PS4

I have been using the PDP MK fightpad and not having any issues with it. I created a KOTH match with some of my friends and noticed I was unable to change between fullscreen because there is no touchpad. I know in the training mode, this was corrected by the pause delay and you could double tap the options button to reset the fighters, but that does not work in KOTH (double tap does not = touchpad press). Also, for leaving respect, I guess you need to have the analog stick? I can only go directly up, down, left, right, I cannot select "10" because it does not register diagonals.

Has anyone figured out a way to swap fullscreen? Or do I have to keep swapping between the DS4 and then back to the MK fightpad?

I've been meaning to post this question myself. It's extremely frustrating. I hate that fucking touchpad and everything it stands for!!!

You would think the "Offical Fight Pad" would have all the functionality.
