List of stealth buffs/nerfs post-patch

I only tested changed moves, don't have the time to compare every single move in the game, it would take weeks. I can't test DLC or Shinnok because I don't have them, @dotunderscore will help with this later.

I've only tagged a few mods/known players that come to mind. No butthurt cuz not tagged.

CASSIE - Single Shot is listed as 0 on hit in the game now but claimed to be +2.... when I tested this with Cassie vs Cassie I can still get a D3 out after being hit before the other player can. I think this is still - but slightly.... @Jer or @RiBBz22 can you check this?

D'VORAH - F1,1,2 string is now 40 recovery (from 45), -6 on block (from -10), 22 hit adv (from 17). @HoneyBee @GGA pimpimjim

ERMAC - EX blast now has 36 recovery (from 40). Up burst has 31 recovery (from 36), is -9 on block (from -19) and now does 10% damage (from 5%). EX version has 4 active frames (from 1 ) recovery now 36 (from 40), does 15% damage (from 5%) @zaf

JACQUI - 4U4..... is this 14f of startup (11+3)? It's obviously not a 3 frame move. @Eldriken

KANO - Uprise Ball now has 35 recovery (from 37) and hit advantage is now 26 (from 28)

KENSHI - Kenjutsu's Tele Strike now has 51 recovery (from 41). Sword dance is now +39 on hit (from +37). Possessed Sickle Lift now +24 on hit (from +27) @Pig Of The Hut

KITANA - D1 now has 3 active frames (from 2), 21 recovery (from 19), is -9 on block (from -10) and has 14 cancel frames (from 13). Rising fan moves now -16 (from -15)... regular is +26 on hit (from +28) and EX is +20 on hit (from +21). EX fan toss is now +1 on block (from -34). F1 now has 24 cancel frames (from 48). 2 1 now has 30 cancel frames (from 29). Air Square Boost now has 60 recovery frames (from 63), is -28 on block (from -31) and now +20 on hit (from -3). Mournful Air Glaive Throw now -176 recovery (from -155), -3 on block (from -17), +57 on hit (from -13). Air Glaive Return now 21 startup (from 25), active for 11 (from 23), -31 recovery (from -44) and 0 on block (from +4). Shadow Kick and Exlipse Kick now 21 recovery (from 20). @GGA 16 Bit

KUNG LAO - Hat Trick's Air call back is now -27(from +3 I think - I can't recover the change I made in the document)....

LIU KANG - D2 now has 35 recovery (from 37), is -17 on block (from -16) and +24 on hit (from +26). @CURBOLICOUS

MILEENA - B12 is now CONFIRMED as -5. Ravenous B1,2,1+3 is now 19 startup but -21 on block (I can't recover the old data from the document but this faster and less safe now). Ethereal new vanish recovery frames aren't listed in the game. @TakeAChance @YOMI RM SaltFace

RAIDEN - B34 now lists second hit as mid and not overhead, has 12 startup (from 19), 42 recovery (from 25), is now correctly listed as -9 on block, hit adv 18 (from 50) and cancel 20 (from 32). @GGA Dizzy

SCORPION - Ninjutsu B3,2,F2 combo now has 42 recovery (from 47) and is +10 on hit (from +3). @YOMI MITYEAP

SONYA - Demolition's stun grenades are now -42 recovery (from -11) and +128 on hit (from +102). @YOMI REO

TAKEDA - Lasher's Whip Strike and Whip Lash now have 6 active frames (from 5) and 28 recovery (from 29). @YOMI Zyphox

It is slightly + now on hit which it should be. You should not be able to be punished when landing a freaking projectile...

Not sure what the old b12 1+3 was on block, but I don't think it was ever safe. It's always hit confirmed anyways.

Any variation can no longer do 214 into teleport twice in the same combo.

I've also read he can't do two flame auras in one combo, but i'm not sure about this.

Hellfire Scorpion can't do 2 Flame Aura's in the same combo no matter what now. Completely hard-coded.
