This game needs to only pair you up with players that have good connection, not someone in Brazil! Most of my losses are from people with shit connections cause the timing is all fucked up, my jip doesnt respond at all, and my figher moves like he weighs 500 lbs. Meanwhile, their shit is working just fine. Pardon my rant. I just lost a rank to an R-28 in Japan.

Lag sucks for every character, dude. But yeah, I do agree with you on for whatever odd reason South America isn't region locked.
