Is Rain's new move something that was shown in the Lin Kuei Trailer?

Rain had a move in his trailer that we never saw on release. I wonder if that will be the new move in this patch, looks like an ex portal to immediately teleport. This could be really helpful overall, and drastically help vs rough mu's like peace, reiko, and quan.

You currently need two portals in order to EX. That activates Confluence Beam which is a beam between the two portals you set. It's a mid plus on block beam. Doesn't count as a projectile either which most don't know - it beats force field from peacemaker for instance.

Even if it’s not this id be shocked if it wasn’t something portal related. They’re pretty niche/useless as is and it’s a waste of animations and design space.
