It breaks my heart to inform you all, of the passing of my best, Eric Frantz. He passed away in the early morning hours of July 29th, from the effects of long term alcoholism. I've known Eric since we were 14 years old, and thrown into the juvenile system.
As some of you may know, he could be rather combative sometimes, and that's exactly how we met. I was detained for fighting, and anyone they roomed me with, got their butts kicked around the room by me. With Eric, it was exactly the same thing, so they put us together, expecting that if we were gonna beat the crap out of someone, we could beat the crap out of each other, and save them some headache... But it just made matters worse. For the first 3 days, it was a war zone, we were wrestling and scrapping all over the place, sometimes keeping the whole center up, until the wee hours of the morning with our carrying-on. From their, we became the best friends we've ever had.
It's going to be a tremendously trying time, because I've heard from him almost daily, for the last 26 years....and this is the longest I've gone without hearing from him. I'll try and keep you all informed, as to what will be happening as to a memorial or the final diagnosis. Thanks for being such great friends to my Homie. He's going to be sorely missed. <\3
